| A lot of time & effort goes into preparing for a training course, therefore, we do not offer the ability to cancel courses, nor do we offer refunds of any kind. |
| Transferability |

| No reserved training course may be gifted, sold or otherwise transferred to any other party, at any time, for any reason, without express written consent from us. |
| Rescheduling |

| We understand that life happens. You may reschedule a course up to 48 hours ahead of scheduled course date/time. Requests made within 48 hours will result in course fees being forfeited, without opportunity to reschedule. A scheduled course may be rescheduled 2 (two) times, after which, course fees will be forfeited, without opportunity to reschedule. |
